When you're console banned some flags are written to your files, or a console lock. With this tool you can remove those flags and write them back to normal so you can use your files again.

To use:

1) open CON Flag Remover,

2) then click 'File, Open' or the button 'Open File' to browse for and open your file.

3) then click 'File, Save' or the button 'Remove Flags' to fix the file.

4) Rehash your file after fixing.

This program will also make a backup copy of your file before any changes are made, just in case. It will be named your file followed by ".bak". To use the backup file, just delete ".bak" from it and it will be like the original.
